Job Description:
Senior Product Manager, Store Digital Experience
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of best-in-class digital experiences within physical retail stores for a leading beauty retail client. This role will represent both the business and in-store associates, ensuring that digital tools and applications enhance sales, operations, and overall customer engagement.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including UX, Engineering, Store Experience, Business Operations, and Field Leadership-to define and deliver innovative solutions that align with the store digital strategy. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure seamless execution from concept to deployment.

You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure seamless execution from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Ownership (30%)
- Define product vision and strategy for store digital experiences.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify use cases, align on MVP/MVE, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and investment.
- Drive roadmap decisions and communicate priorities across stakeholders.
Product Development & Delivery (20%)
- Partner with PMO and Engineering to lead product development cycles.
- Facilitate PI planning, oversee sprint activities, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and manage deployment plans.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management (25%)
- Provide clear updates on product progress and process changes.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement (25%)
- Define success metrics for product features and analyze performance.
- Recommend enhancements based on data insights and user feedback.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong experience with Agile development and release cycles.
- Deep understanding of retail operations and digital technologies (e-commerce, mobile apps, in-store systems).
Skills
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for presenting concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting critical deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
