Role: Workday Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote- EST

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Workday implementation program, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business, implementation partners, and internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to assess, redesign, and optimize core HR business processes in alignment with Workday capabilities.
- Drive requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, change management, training, and deployment activities.
- Manage project governance including executive steering committee updates, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and detailed project plans.
- Ensure data migration strategy, integration design, and security configurations are aligned with business and compliance needs.
- Support change management efforts and communication planning to drive user adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Monitor project health, provide status reports, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
- Ensure successful transition to post-go-live support, including stabilization, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.
