Job Title: Capacity Manager/Planner/Analyst/Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours
About the Role:
Join our dynamic IT team as a Capacity Manager / Capacity Planner to join our Global Markets technology team. In this role, you ll monitor and evaluate system/application metrics across hundreds of applications, forecast future demand, and ensure stability and scalability across multi data center and cloud environments. You ll collaborate with application and production support teams, optimize resource utilization, and provide critical insights to leadership for scaling and risk management.
Top Three skills:
Capacity Planning & Performance Analysis ability to monitor system/application metrics, forecast growth, and make scaling decisions.
Hands-on with Monitoring & Optimization Tools strong experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, or BMC TrueSight (TSCO).
Cloud & Multi Data Center Expertise AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform resource planning, optimization, and scaling across large enterprise environments.
What We re Looking For:
- Looking for someone with only 5 - 7 years of enterprise capacity management experience.
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning methodologies, performance analysis, and ITIL practices.
- Hands-on expertise with tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, or BMC TrueSight (TSCO).
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Excellent communication skills are key.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $57 $60 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
