1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM EST
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, either 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Position Summary: We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to join our team. This is an in-person role focused on configuring and preparing IT hardware for deployment.

- Support general IT setup and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
- Unpack and install CPUs, hardware, and software to default or custom specifications.
- Configure tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
- Perform imaging and application installation.
- Test configured systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Complete all required installation documentation, including quality assurance sheets, to ensure accurate billing, warranty tracking, and vendor returns.
- Follow customer-specific hardware and software configuration instructions.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
- Research hardware and software literature to stay current on new product and service developments.
- Collaborate with Lead Technicians on complex problems or configurations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support or hardware configuration.
- Working knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods during device setup.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
