Senior Microsoft Developer

Seeking a senior level Microsoft Developer with extensive experience developing solutions using SharePoint SPFx framework and PowerPlatform Model Driven Apps to join agile development team supporting an applicaiton development effort for a federal government program. The Senior developer will be a member of a scrum team that will provide full software lifecycle development, performance, support, and maintenance of multiple applications using the Microsoft stack following the Agile methodology. The developer will support the team to rearchitect SharePoint custom applications to SharePoint on-line and PowerPlatform using SPFx and Power Apps Model Driven Framework. Responsibilities include the following:

• Provide hand-on development support to migrate on-prem SharePoint-based solutions to the Microsoft Cloud.
• Reverse Engineer current code base and develop/ transform the solution to Cloud technologies.
• Develop solutions for complex user stories.
• Implement, configure, and customize the SharePoint Solutions \ Dynamics and Power Platform based solutions.
• Guide less experienced developers.
• Support testing of applications.

The projected compensation range for this position is $130K to $160K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

• 10 years of IT systems development experience
• At least 3 years of expert level experience developing and implementing complex business solutions using SharePoint SPFx framework.
• At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing complex business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics / Power Apps with Dataverse
• Expert-level experience with plug-in development utilizing C#
• Expert-level experience using JavaScript and the model-driven apps client API
• Experience with model driven Power Apps development with Dataverse
• Experience working with the XrmToolBox
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environment utilizing 2-week Sprints
• Ability to work effectively in a medium-sized cross-functional team to achieve desired results
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills

• Microsoft Certification
• Federal government consulting experience
• Active federal government public trust clearance
