Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Fortune 500 Financial Services Client
Duration: 12 18 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours
About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our client s Salesforce Sales Cloud team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations within a highly regulated financial services environment. You ll play a key role in designing, building, and leading scalable Salesforce solutions while driving innovation across sales and marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
- Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow
- Design and manage complex data models, security configurations, and approval processes
- Lead AI-driven Salesforce initiatives using modern Salesforce AI and automation capabilities
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and code quality standards
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior to mid-level Salesforce developers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
What We re Looking For
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years in a Lead Developer or Salesforce Architect role
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flow, SOQL, and Batch Apex
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise data synchronization
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governance
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or related) are a plus
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $68 $70 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
