Role: Project Manager

Location: Westlake, TX (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional squad responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering platform modernization initiatives that enhance the client s enterprise technology landscape.

Oversee the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise web and middle-tier applications built with Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot), ensuring solutions meet technical and business requirements.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, resource planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to align project objectives, resolve dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.

Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, driving effective communication, documentation, and adherence to best practices in agile project management.

Skills/Experience

5+ years experience planning, coordinating, and delivering platform modernization initiatives that enhance the client s enterprise technology landscape utilizing Agile methodologies such as (Kanban, SCRUM).

5+ years experience overseeing the development of web/cloud-based applications using technologies using such as Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).

5+ years experience maintaining and updating squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the squad members and clarity to other partners.

5+ years experience supporting adoption, and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, MS Teams).

Proven experience working with multi-functional teams to design and implement web/cloud-based applications.

Prior experience handling large or complex metrics driven initiatives

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive, organized, highly responsive, and committed to quality.

B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
