RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Technology Director to lead the vision and execution of their MarTech ecosystem. This is an in-office position and can sit anywhere in most major cities located in UT, TX, CA, AZ, NV, ID, CO, WA, OR.

Our client has recently hired a new Chief Marketing Officer. They are now building out their new marketing team and looking for a proven Marketing Technology Director. They're building a next-generation in-house Creative Studio and Demand Center-redefining how they engage customers. About the Role:
This role is responsible for designing and managing a scalable, secure, and innovative technology infrastructure that aligns with business goals and supports marketing performance and customer engagement. In this role, you will serve as a key connector across departments-bridging marketing, IT, compliance, and UX-to ensure seamless tech integration and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities
* Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and optimize platforms supporting customer acquisition, retention, and marketing performance
* Oversee data management strategies ensuring integrity, compliance, and usability
* Champion best practices in digital marketing technology, including automation, CRM, analytics, and personalization
* Support the marketing team in delivering innovative, secure, and efficient tech-driven solutions
* Maintain a forward-looking view on emerging technologies, evolving tools and capabilities in alignment with business needs
* Ensure rigorous compliance and security protocols are embedded in all systems and platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
* 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or digital marketing, preferably in banking or regulated industries
* Experience working within the regulatory frameworks of the financial services sector
* Proven leadership in building and managing teams and cross-functional partnerships
* Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing including digital, print, and experiential
* Deep expertise in tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, CRM, and analytics platforms
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and present complex information clearly

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
