Job Summary:

The Workday Compensation Analyst is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and administration of compensation processes within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role supports the design and execution of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards. The analyst works closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver efficient and accurate compensation solutions across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday Compensation module, including Advanced Compensation.

  • Configure and maintain compensation plans, grades, merit, bonus, and stock programs in Workday.

  • Support annual compensation cycles by managing configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and HRIS teams to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards related to compensation and workforce analytics.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve compensation-related system issues in collaboration with IT or external Workday support.

  • Participate in Workday release reviews and assess impact on existing compensation processes and configurations.

  • Provide training and documentation to HR users and stakeholders to promote effective use of the Workday Compensation module.
