To Be Needed:

Genesys & Call Center Expertise: Someone with strong experience in Genesys and call center operations who can effectively support the Business Lead.

Go-Live Support: Ability to assist in triaging and resolving any issues during go-live.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
