Position: Application Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Schedule: Hybrid / Must be able to work On-Site 3 days per week

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate Range: $65-$70/hr.

Details:

- Horizon User Support team will provide 24/7 (Offshore Onshore) in seat troubleshooting support both horizontal functional and technical for SDLC Platforms and SDM Pipeline. Individual contributor role: fully competent to work under general direction on most complex support tasks and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager as needed. Excellent written and spoken communications skills (English) for clear, concise correspondence to end users. Technical experience required. Analytical and forward-thinking a plus.

Responsibilities include:

- Initial problem troubleshooting and routing of issues to appropriate support level team. Team will collaborate with internal teams (EET Incident Management/Problem/Change management APS teams and Service Delivery teams).

- The team will be dedicated and have knowledge base and know how to support each tool and integration in the SDLC Platforms SDM Pipeline.

- Address all configuration issues for the development team's applications within the tools. In this role you will need a strong aptitude for communicating complex processes in an educational manner.

- Lead the design and implementation of interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to diverse audiences. Oversee the development of best practices for data visualization, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and user-centric design.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in data visualization techniques.

- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance the data visualization capabilities of the organization.

- Conduct regular review sessions with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of visualizations and iterate based on feedback.

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.

Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, or Design).

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Familiarity with data engineering concepts and ETL processes.

Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
