Job Details

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years designing solutions for digital banking and mobile platforms; 10 or more years in IT.
  • Proficiency in native mobile (iOS/Android) architectures, API gateways, microservices, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Experience integrating with core banking systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv) and modern FinTech APIs.
  • Experience with mobile banking security protocols, FFIEC/PCI compliance, and fraud prevention strategies.
  • Experience designing customer authentication flows and solutions for retail banking products.
  • Experience with real-time payment networks (e.g., RTP, Fed Now) and embedded financial solutions.
  • Advanced communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update end-to-end solution architectures for digital and mobile banking services.
  • Define integration strategies for mobile applications, core systems, CRM, and third-party FinTech APIs.
  • Translate product team requirements (functional/technical) into high-level architectural blueprints.
  • Lead evaluations of vendor technologies, offering strategic build-versus-buy recommendations.
  • Drive cloud integration, DevSecOps adoption, and inherent security design for mobile banking.
  • Uphold architectural governance, create thorough documentation, and ensure solution lifecycle traceability.
  • Align architectural designs with business goals, regulatory policies, and enterprise-wide standards.
