Training Coordinator - Training & Activation

My team is working with a hospital client who is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support a Training & Activation team. This role will play a key part in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training sessions to ensure seamless execution during a large-scale Cerner implementation. The ideal candidate will have prior Cerner experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, scheduling, and execution of training sessions.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive training schedule aligned with overall project timelines.
• Coordinate day-to-day training operations, including room setup, materials, and participant communications.
• Oversee session enrollment and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
• Partner with project leadership to ensure training milestones are met.
• Confirm technical setups (workstations, software access, etc.) are in place for each session.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Hands-on experience with Cerner (training, activation, or implementation support).
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience supporting go-live or activation events.
