RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading and managing ERP projects from initiation to completion. Developing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts Monitoring project progress and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues Reporting project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members Support company policies and strategic plans Deliver assigned work and achieve your weekly billing goals. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proven experience managing ERP projects. In-depth understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts within project teams. Experience in risk management and change management. Proficiency in project management tools and software Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. ERP knowledge of the quote to cash process is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proficiency with video conferencing software like Microsoft Team, GoTo Meeting, or Zoom Strong presentation, training, and public speaking skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Influence clients to reach consensus around common goals. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university preferred. Certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean, and Six Sigma preferred. 5 -10 years Management-level experience in manufacturing preferred 1-3 years of direct hands-on experience with Visual Manufacturing preferred. 2-4 years experience implementing and maintaining software in a manufacturing environment beneficial. Prior consulting experience a plus ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel up to 50-60%, within the USA. Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
