We are looking for a Workday Learning Consultant - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Fremont, CA

Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • The Workday Learning Specialist will manage and optimize the Workday Learning module, ensuring accurate learning content, seamless system functionality, and an effective learner experience.
  • This role supports system updates, integration activities, reporting, compliance tracking, and user assistance while partnering closely with HRIS and other internal teams.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong knowledge of the Workday Learning module, including configuration, functionality, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems, functions, and advanced reporting.
  • Strong experience with iLoads, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Independent problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate issues clearly.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience with Workday Learning and core HCM.
  • Experience with Workday custom report writing (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, RaaS, etc.).
  • Experience developing complex calculated fields.
  • Preferred experience with Workday PRISM.
  • Workday Learning Certification.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain the Workday Learning module, including learning content and user access.
  • Create and manage courses, lessons, and programs.
  • Schedule learning campaigns and monitor user engagement.
  • Stay up to date on Workday Learning new features and releases.
  • Develop test cases for updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with HRIS on integrations with third-party content providers.
  • Provide user support, including training materials and documentation.
  • Manage learning data, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
  • Monitor assignment, enrollment, and completion of compliance courses.
  • Ensure data privacy and system integrity.
