A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Quality Assurance Analyst to join their growing team.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite 2 days per week.***



Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.


Responsibilities:




  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to identify software defects.




  • Analyze and document bugs found during testing, ensuring clear communication of issues.




  • Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.




  • Re-test patched software to confirm defect resolution and verify no new issues arise.




  • Maintain detailed records of test results and provide comprehensive reports.




  • Coach team members on managing testing tools, reporting results, and implementing process improvements.




  • Continuously develop new tests to ensure software quality and performance.





Qualifications:




  • 2-5 years in software quality assurance or a related field.




  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.




  • Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.




  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.




  • Ability to motivate and guide team members toward process improvement.




  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and defect tracking systems
