Field Services Representative (Remote, Requires Travel & Secret Clearance)


We are seeking an experienced Field Services Representative to play a pivotal role in the deployment and support of personnel, equipment, and IM/IT (Information Management / Information Technology) systems within theater environments. This remote position requires frequent travel (up to 95%) and an active DoD Secret clearance.


In this role, you will combine technical expertise, logistical coordination, and a solid understanding of military deployment procedures to ensure seamless system implementation and support in dynamic operational settings.


Key Responsibilities




  • Provide end-to-end support across all phases of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including system definition, development, design, analysis, integration, testing, and control.




  • Ensure compliance with privacy protection standards related to sensitive health information and effectively manage data flows within integrated health systems.




  • Work autonomously with strong self-motivation and initiative in high-demand environments.




  • Support and troubleshoot DoD electronic health record (EHR) systems and web-based applications, addressing both functional and technical issues.




  • Coordinate deployments and meet all medical requirements necessary for working in theater environments.




Minimum Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.




  • Active DoD Secret clearance (required).




  • IAT Level II certification (Security+).




  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel up to 95% of the time.




  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, including:




    • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.




    • 2-5 years of management or leadership experience.




    • 5+ years of hands-on support for DoD electronic health record systems and related web-based applications.






  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility for frequent, sometimes extended travel.




Preferred Qualifications




  • PMP or ITIL certification.




  • In-depth knowledge of military operational medicine, including healthcare delivery across deployed environments such as field hospitals, combat support hospitals, amphibious assault ships, hospital ships, and air evacuation platforms.
