About this Position:
Job Title: Google Management Engineer
Key duties include:
- Design & Deployment: Design and deploy Google management solutions, focusing on security, scalability, and compliance with organizational policies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Google Admin architecture, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Implement and manage monitoring frameworks for Google services using Log Analytics and other tools. Analyze operational logs and metrics to identify trends, detect anomalies, and facilitate proactive issue resolution.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and operations teams to align Google device deployments with organizational security policies and best practices. Engage in security and compliance audits, providing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new Google features and capabilities to enhance device management and security. Conduct regular reviews and updates of Google device deployment strategies to incorporate evolving technologies and business requirements.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions on Google Admin capabilities, best practices, and operational procedures to enhance team expertise.
Preferred certifications:
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator.
- Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
- Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Google Admin solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Admin tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality.
