Description

We are looking for an Engineering Product Support Specialist to join our team in Piscataway, New Jersey. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical product development and customer engagement, ensuring the success of advanced data analytics solutions tailored for engineering domains. You will play a pivotal role in product innovation, customer satisfaction, and market positioning.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with data science teams to design, develop, and optimize innovative data analytics products for engineering applications.
Partner with sales teams to communicate product benefits and address the technical needs of advanced subject matter experts and PhDs.
Deliver technical support, training, and onboarding resources to ensure customers fully adopt and benefit from the solutions.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
Create comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, workflows, and case studies.
Provide insights into customer feedback to guide product iterations and enhancements.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% to support product training and client needs.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a technical product support or similar role.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and impactful manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with data science tools such as Tableau, Python, or similar platforms.
Experience working with high-level technical experts in both academic and industry environments.
