Job ID: 24-17853 Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within Client project engagements for Salesforce implementations for our Public Sector (State/County/Local government) clients.
  • Experience in working within the Public Sector is required.
  • Host business requirements meetings with the client.
  • Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders.
  • Author business use cases & user stories.
  • Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users.
  • Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations.
  • Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants.
  • Assist with User Acceptance testing.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality.
  • Must have prior experience working within the Public Sector (State/local government).
  • Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices.
  • Prior experience working on an agile projects.
  • Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities, Public Sector Foundation or Custom cloud.
  • Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration preferred including, creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce or relevant consulting experience.
