Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $18.25 - $30.00 (based on experience)
- Shift Options: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) OR 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
- Status: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime
What You'll Do:
As a Die Cast Process Technician II, you'll build on your Level I knowledge to:
- Troubleshoot and repair advanced die cast equipment
- Reset faults on machines and robots
- Perform complex changeovers (ring/shot tip, tip/rod, trim die, etc.)
- Execute PMs and properly log in ERP system
- Adjust ladle, reciprocator, and trim press setups
- Apply GD&T knowledge to verify product accuracy
- Ensure conformance to part specifications and process control documents
- Support a safety-first, team-oriented work culture
What You'll Need:
- Education: High School diploma required; trade school or equivalent training preferred
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training/education
- Strong technical skills, including:
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, measurements, and tooling setup
- Working knowledge of metrology, gauges, and safety protocols
- LOTO certification and equipment handling certifications (Hi-Lo, hoist, etc.)
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, measurements, and tooling setup
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab
- Advanced math and reasoning skills: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistical analysis
