Job Details

Job Description:
  • Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
  • This role will be to provide support for all Client's Pre-Order and Back Order activities within Client's Forward Operations Distribution Network.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Generate daily Back Order Report
  • Align back-order plan with pending inbound to determine available inventory
  • Plan Back Order Drop based on analysis of on hand inventory/expected inventory
  • Communicate drop plan with 3PL locations
  • Pull various reports from SAP to generate reporting
  • Partner with on-site DC managers to determine expected plans for future days
  • Manage 3PL order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are held as expected
  • Communicate with internally stakeholders and escalate issues when identified
  • Weekly responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Missed order Analysis
  • Device Launch readiness and planning
Must Have Skills:
  • SAP
  • MS Office Suite
  • Google Sheet/Form
  • Should be attentive to detail, accurate in data reporting.
  • Enjoying working in fast paced environment
Desired Skills:
  • 3PL Management Experience
  • WMS Knowledge
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelors in Supply Chain (preferred not required)
  • SAP Certified (preferred not required)
  • Must know SAP
Required Shift:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.00 am to 5.00 pm EST
Note:
  • This position will be a hybrid position (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays) at Client's Corporate Headquarters in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule
  • In Office (Tuesday and Thursday)

Pay Range: $40hr - $40hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
