We are seeking a senior Supply Chain Architect with deep expertise in modern warehouse and distribution centre systems. This role focuses on designing scalable, efficient supply chain technology solutions that support automation, robotics, and end-to-end fulfilment optimization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically versatile, and comfortable interacting with technology stakeholders representing various business needs. Experience in the apparel or retail industries is helpful but not required. This opportunity requires a generalist mindset-someone who can contribute across multiple enterprise domains as priorities shift.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable, integrated supply chain solutions, with a strong focus on warehouse systems, automation, and distribution center modernization.
  • Translate operational goals into actionable technical architecture by engaging with cross-functional tech stakeholders.
  • Lead design and integration efforts across systems such as Blue Yonder, FDM4, Accutech, Locust (robotics), and Paccurate (carton optimization).
  • Ensure high-performance, resilient solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support successful implementation across warehouse and logistics platforms.
  • Maintain architectural alignment with enterprise standards while supporting multiple, concurrent initiatives.
  • Contribute to domains beyond the supply chain, depending on evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solutions architecture, with strong exposure to warehouse, logistics, or supply chain systems.
  • Familiarity with modern warehouse and fulfillment technologies, including automation and robotics.
  • Experience with one or more tools in the tech stack: Blue Yonder, FDM4, Accutech, Locust, Paccurate.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and drive consensus.
  • Comfortable operating in a contract or consulting environment with shifting priorities and fast-moving projects.
Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of HR and Finance systems.
  • Experience designing or integrating warehouse automation platforms.
  • Ability to contribute to enterprise-level initiatives outside of supply chain, including broader system architecture.
Benefits:
  • 401(k).
  • Dental Insurance.
  • Health insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity, equality, inclusion, and respect for people.
  • The salary will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
