Primary Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to our end-users and feed their needs into our product development process.
Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Use algorithms and data insights to determine the optimal page experience.
Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of key features for the product areas under purview.
Build a compelling narrative around product strategy and be able to clearly communicate it to leaders as well as partners.
Improve user engagement and drive conversion on landing pages through testing and launching new features.
Turn complex ideas into clearly defined product requirements.
Work closely with solution architects and engineering counterparts to bring product ideas to life.
Be able to evaluate options, assess trade-offs, and recommend a path forward under ambiguous circumstances.
Determine and measure success of product initiatives and be able to iterate upon learnings and continuously improve.
Influence and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, user research, data analytics, technical seo, data operations, in order drive alignment and shared goals.
Serve as the liaison between SEO/Browse and relevant partners, such as business unit partners/merchandisers and focus category partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
Prior experience in launching consumer-facing products.
Experience working with user experience design and research.
Be insights- and data-driven when making product decisions.
Self-starter.
Results and outcome-focused.
Proven track record of product execution and delivery.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
Comfortable working in large, matrixed organizations.
Ability to drive consensus and problem solve.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplaces.
Knowledge and experience in SEO (understand macro trends, innovations, and competitive landscape) is desired, but not required.
Experience in content platforms at scale is desired, but not required.
