We are looking to fill a Remote Education Domain expert Quality Assurance Analyst.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Jackson, Mississippi, 39211 (Remote with EST Shift)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Domain: Education Data Systems Modernization
Required Skills:
- 7+ Years as a Quality Assurance Analyst on a software development team.
- Expertise in developing and executing detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts from scratch.
- Strong experience in various testing types, including UAT, functionality, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
- Proficiency in reviewing and validating SQL and ETL development output for data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to reconcile data across source and staging systems (preferred experience with Azure Synapse/Data Lake).
- Experience creating diagrams, flowcharts, and workflows for data flow.
- Strong understanding of software quality best practices (test strategy, planning, defect tracking).
- Familiarity with database development concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders.
