Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide onsite IT support, ensuring seamless resolution of technical issues and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems across platforms, including Android, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
Manage user accounts and permissions through tools like Active Directory.
Configure and deploy IT equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges.
Support Citrix and Cisco technologies to maintain system performance and reliability.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates for computer systems and hardware.
Document resolutions and maintain accurate records of support activities.
Provide guidance and training to users on IT best practices and tools.
Monitor and manage configuration changes to ensure system integrity.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role.
Proficiency in working with Android, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and configuration management.
Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively across multiple systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
