Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of AI and workflow solutions in a multi-vendor environment
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive solution design and implementation
- Review, challenge, and improve vendor-prepared solution designs
- Support R&D in emerging AI tools and frameworks (Microsoft AI, open-source)
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10 15 years in software development or Tier 3 support
- Ability to read and interpret code (Python, .NET, C#)
- Strong communicator with a go-getter attitude and executive presence
- Comfortable navigating a large enterprise (prior experience at Fortune-sized global firm preferred)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment
- AI experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right fit and someone who loves to learn
Nice to have / helpful in the role:
- Experience with AI technologies (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio)
- Any background or exposure to financial or accounting systems.
