Description:
PLEASE READ: SCC HBE team works 2 days onsite in the BOA building, which is located at 1111 E Main St, Richmond, VA. Parking is NOT provided for contractors.
INTERVIEWS: If selected, the initial interview will be via TEAMS and then a second follow up panel interview will follow. That follow up IV with the panel DOES NOT have to be in person. A skill exercise will be part of the interview process also as the team has spoken with candidates who show years and years of experience on paper but sometimes we find that s not the case. So to recap: there will be one basic interview and the second (more of an interactive one) to test their experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Evaluate test automation tools and lead the transition from manual to automated testing. Build and implement test automation frameworks, provide QA support, and define/update quality standards. DevelopAutomation Framework, scripts and script maintenance as well as train existing QA team staff on editing / maintaining scripts.
Responsibilities Include:
Designing and implementing automation tests, debugging and defining corrective actions
Developing and executing automated test scripts using testing software programs
Identifying, analyzing and creating detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as defects, bugs, errors, and inconsistencies
Reviewing system requirements
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
