Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize EPIC Clarity / Caboodle reports and dashboards to support clinical, operational, and financial needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, clinical, IT) to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Extract, analyze, and validate healthcare data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Build automated reporting solutions and self-service dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and data governance standards when handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Perform deep-dive analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting insights into strategic decision-making.
