Exp: 12+yrs

Dynatrace Administration: You will aid the team with installation, configuration, and maintenance of new and existing Dynatrace environments.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: You will aid the team in monitoring the Dynatrace environments and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Migration from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS: You will be helping Optum set up 2 new Dynatrace SaaS environments and consolidating/migrating hundreds of Dynatrace Managed environments to the Dynatrace SaaS with Grail. This includes the configuration of the Dynatrace environments, the migration of data, and the management of the new environments.
Documentation: Help write United Health Group oriented Dynatrace user and administrator guides as needed.
Require Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace OneAgents, ActiveGates and user rights/policies
2+ years of experience in monitoring and troubleshooting the Dynatrace environments issues (OneAgents not connecting, setup problems, user issues, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dynatrace Network zone and Synthetics a plus.
Proven excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with other members of the team and our user community
Work hours: US Central day shift work (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) with a week long on-call about every 11 weeks.
