Job Description:

  • NOTE : This is for 2 positions at 2 different locations
  • Work Schedule : Full Time / Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm
  • Work Location :One for Work Location on site in Solon, OH,One for work location on site in Arlington, VA
  • Client USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate to support the seamless execution of HR processes across assigned client groups.
  • This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure timely and accurate HR transactions, system support, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., position creation, new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) in SAP/SuccessFactors for a defined client group.
  • Primarily responsible for providing backup coverage for other HR Ops team members as needed for PTO and surge support.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR Business Partners and COEs to understand the end to end HR organization (e.g., Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global Mobility).
  • Facilitate in-person I-9 verification for new hires on Day 1.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks including supply orders, shipping labels, equipment returns, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain and transition physical HR files to electronic formats.
  • Track and reconcile department expenses using a Purchase Card.
  • Own data integrity for SAP HR Master Data and generate reports (e.g., new hire, transfer, termination).
  • Support HR Ops projects such as acquisitions/divestitures, scorecard maintenance, and audit reporting.
  • Assist during peak volume periods and contribute to special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervision & Autonomy

  • Reports to the HR Services Supervisor but is expected to work independently, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Must be capable of resolving issues proactively and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 1 2 years in HR, administrative support, or customer service within a corporate setting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
