We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Live Chat Tech Support.

Position Overview:

As a Live Chat Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients through online chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers who require technical assistance and problem-solving. Your main goal will be to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience by resolving their issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries and requests through live chat in a timely and professional manner

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers

- Utilize various resources to provide solutions to technical problems

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution

- Document and track customer issues in our ticketing system

- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

- Identify and suggest product improvements based on customer feedback

- Keep up-to-date with new products, features, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support position

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms

- Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail

- Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
