About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing and supporting Workday PSA modules, with a deep understanding of project management, resource planning, billing, and revenue recognition within professional services organizations. This role requires both technical and functional knowledge to ensure successful delivery of Workday PSA solutions tailored to client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end Workday PSA implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Configure Workday PSA modules such as project management, staffing/resource planning, billing, time tracking, and revenue recognition.

  • Partner with finance, HR, and project management teams to streamline operations through Workday PSA.

  • Support integration of Workday PSA with Workday Financials, HCM, and external systems.

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for resource utilization, project profitability, and client billing.

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation to enable client adoption and self-sufficiency.

  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to PSA processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Workday PSA Certification (mandatory).

  • Hands-on experience with Workday PSA implementation or support (minimum 2 3 full lifecycle deployments preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of project management, billing, time tracking, and revenue recognition within professional services.

  • Experience with Workday Financials or integrations between PSA and financial modules.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, or Studio).

  • Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics.

  • Consulting background with exposure to global implementations.

  • Advanced degree or certifications in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, MBA, CPA).
