Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and alignment of business architecture with MITA standards to support Medicaid modernization and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document enterprise architecture artifacts including as-is/to-be process models, capability assessments, and gap analyses.
Provide strategic and tactical input on the planning and implementation of Integrated Eligibility systems.
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and architecture documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Work with cross-functional teams including technical architects, business analysts, and state or federal health agency representatives.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and reviews to drive alignment and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with federal and state Medicaid modernization requirements and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare IT with a strong focus on Medicaid programs and Integrated Eligibility.
Mandatory experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) and related frameworks.
Proven experience in business architecture, enterprise analysis, and strategic planning in the public health sector.
Excellent PowerPoint skills must be able to communicate complex architectural ideas clearly and effectively.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or state-level HHS agencies.
Familiarity with federal healthcare regulations, policies, and programs.
Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
