2+ years of experience managing social media and/or influencer programs
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, with the ability to identify and act on cultural trends
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams
Comfortable analyzing KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI, and optimizing strategy based on insights
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate, trend obsessed candidate to join our dynamic NYX Professional Makeup Consumer Engagement team in the Consumer Products Division of L Oreal USA. This position will provide administrative and marketing support to the US Consumer Engagement team focused on Influencer & Earned relations and will report into to the Sr. Manager, Influencer + Social Media.
This role will provide a hands-on experience supporting influencer relations and advocacy efforts across brand and product launches, campaigns, events, strategic initiatives, and a database of influencers. This position will work closely with key partners to identify areas of improvement for efficiency and assist the team to bring our influencer strategy to life helping build and maintain relationships, assist in organizing activations, track performance, and support the ever-evolving landscape of creators and social platforms.
We re looking for someone who will support the team with influencer campaigns on existing and new social platforms. The ideal candidate understands the influencer landscape and keeps up with influencers in their daily life - we re looking for someone energetic, positive, and who truly loves influencer, social, and beauty at its core.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist in identifying talent for product + brand campaigns, managing always-on seeding/PR lists, and creating relationships with new talent
Assist in creating influencer briefs, identifying emerging talent, and maintaining the influencer database+ program recaps
Brainstorming and content ideation across all teams
Assist in internal and influencer agency communications to ensure projects are following marketing timelines and execute best-in-class influencer campaigns
Learn influencer marketing and social guidelines + regulations; and adapt as new processes are implemented within Loreal + overall influencer market
Leverage trends, research, and apply key insights toward creator briefs and campaigns
Communicate blockers or key concerns to partners as needed
Support team admin (talent POs, send outs/shipping, product orders, etc.)
Support with on-site logistics at experiential events and collaborations to ensure successful execution
Staff and support virtual and in-person experiences/events when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and key Social Media platforms and analytics/listening tools
Self-motivated, creative, strategically and tactically thinker
Excellent skills in researching, critical thinking, and communication
Ability to multi-task, manage tight timelines, and prioritize as needed
Comfortable in a fast-paced and multifaceted role
Analytical in approach to prioritizing tasks
