Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support professional with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing mobile devices used by our employees. This role requires excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of MDM solutions, and the ability to support a variety of mobile devices and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) used by employees.
- Configure and deploy mobile devices with MDM solutions to ensure security and compliance.
- Provide technical support for mobile device issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Monitor mobile device usage and performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Implement security policies and procedures to protect mobile devices from unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Work closely with IT teams and end-users to ensure smooth operation of mobile devices and MDM solutions.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and technologies in mobile device management.
