We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across Apple product ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in data-driven marketing, customer behavior analysis, and performance optimization.

- Develop, implement, and optimize growth strategies focused on user acquisition and engagement.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with Apple product ecosystems.
- Utilize data analytics and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel analysis) to improve campaign performance and guide decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to build integrated marketing plans.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and new growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, industry shifts, and market dynamics.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficient and high-ROI campaign execution.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership teams.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement across digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns across channels like email, social, search, display, mobile, and lifecycle automation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in Apple products or tech environments is a plus.
