We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front-End React Developer with 5+ years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications using React.js and supporting front-end technologies. The ideal candidate has experience working within micro front-end architectures, a solid grasp of UI/UX principles, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of front-end development tasks in a collaborative Agile team.
Design and build responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js and supporting libraries.
Integrate with and contribute to an existing micro front-end architecture.
Develop and maintain reusable components with tools like Storybook.js.
Follow and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and accessibility best practices (including Section 508).
Collaborate with back-end developers to define APIs and ensure seamless integration.
Implement features related to file uploads, data visualization, workflow dashboards, and reconciliation tools.
Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and end-to-end tests using Playwright.js (or similar frameworks).
Use and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in coordination with DevOps and QA teams.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, provide timely status updates, and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in front-end development with strong focus on React.js (v16.x or higher).
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in the context of Single Page Applications (SPAs).
Experience integrating with micro front-end architectures.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
Experience writing unit tests (Jest) and automated browser tests (Playwright or equivalent).
Familiarity with UI/UX standards, style guides, and accessibility compliance.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Version control experience (e.g., Git) with an understanding of branching strategies and collaboration workflows.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
skills: Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Storybook.js for UI component development.
Familiarity with Kendo UI.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipeline configuration.
Basic understanding of back-end APIs and full-stack concepts.
Knowledge of Oracle databases and API gateways (e.g., Choreo) is a plus.
Previous experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a bonus
