ECS is seeking a Stakeholder EngagementAnalyst to work remotely .

ECS seeks a dynamic and experienced Management Analyst to provide business, and solutions support services to the Secure Cloud Business Applications (SCuBA) program by prioritizing and advancing efforts to maintain, refine, expand, and adopt SCuBA's cloud-related cybersecurity capabilities. We are seeking a problem solver who enjoys the challenge of tackling cyber mission and operational tasks and problems by connecting dots to think at the broader capability, cyber mission, and solution levels. A strong desire and aptitude for learning is a must with a proven ability to adapt and drive change; our solution is rapidly evolving along with new requirements, technologies, and the threat landscape. Successful candidates will build trust with the customer, coordinate delivery, enable optimal delivery, maintain, and improve team cohesion and culture, ensure overall requirements align with the project mission, report risks, and provide mitigations, and is the accountable party for and to the team. Candidates should be able to work well independently and as part of a broader team to help coordinate the delivery of cybersecurity consulting services, including coordination with Federal agencies and public sector to facilitate stakeholder engagement and promote adoption of baselines and tools. Additional duties include technical documentation, recording customer feedback / meeting minutes, and requirements refinement and decomposition. The ideal candidate will:
  • Proactively seek opportunities to define and improve processes to align and optimize resources across functional areas in response to a dynamic customer environment
  • Execute an effective customer satisfaction and client management strategy, including routine customer meetings, deliverables, and activities to ensure effective risk and quality management
  • Provide thought leadership and influence through strong leadership and consultative, analytical, organizational, and design skills
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and for engaging with federal agencies and external users
Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000

Required Skills

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 - 7+ years of experience, or a Masters degree with 3 - 5+ years of experience.
  • Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the listed level of competency for these skills:
    • Expert level expertise in requirements management including elicitation, documentation, and traceability to solution implementation, design artifacts, documentation, and tests. Experience in gathering and integrating stakeholder feedback into technical solutions.
    • Expert level communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel: visual, oral, and written.
    • Expert level expertise in leading and facilitating requirements working sessions and clearly documenting the outcomes (e.g., requirements, action items, decisions made etc.)
    • Expert level creation of briefings and presentations for all levels of the organization
    • Expert level ability to deliver training, workshops, and technical presentations.
    • Expert level expertise using Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Intermediate level expertise with development of and successful delivery of software
    • Intermediate experience with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence and/or other Project Organization and Team Collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrable ability to act as the "voice of the customer" ensuring concepts and requirements are understood by the team.
  • Beginner level expertise of the cyber security domain to include governance and risk management, compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery, encryption, software development security, access control, network security / secure architecture, cloud security, and security operations.
  • Fulfill basic project management duties to ensure the successful completion of short-term engagements, problem solving, the creation of milestone plans and expectation / communications management


Desired Skills

  • Candidates will benefit from having these skills, experience and understanding:
    • Experience supporting Federal programs, particularly within DHS
    • Advanced knowledge in one or many cyber security domain areas
    • Familiarity with code repositories, particularly Git/GitHub
    • Basic knowledge of cyber frameworks/tools/technologies.
