Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator to join their growing team responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This hands-on role requires in-depth knowledge of day-to-day system support and extensive experience supporting the user base across ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. This is a direct contract opportunity - NO C2C.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud with proven experience in ERP implementations and a collaborative leadership approach. This position demands someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, committed, creative, and customer-focused, with strong skills in managing SaaS Oracle applications including user access, auditing, custom role security design, environment management, refreshes, outages, system monitoring, configurations, and patching. You'll also be responsible for supporting technical object migrations including BIP, ESS, BICC, and OIC as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS environments including configurations, user access, auditing, and instance patching • Manage Oracle refreshes and patches, delivering instances back to working condition for users • Complete Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application configurations and migrate reporting objects and OIC objects • Support user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud, OTM, and EPM, guiding users to ensure proper access to functionality • Manage auditing for users and access across ERP, EPM, and OTM, ensuring access violations are minimized in Oracle RMC • Work with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks and backup and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications • Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OTM, and EPM applications performance and architecture while maintaining reliability, integrity, and recoverability • Support activities related to patching, critical updates, and downtime for ERP, EPM, and OTM • Coordinate with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance, refresh schedules, and outages • View and monitor service requests and service notifications related to patching, critical updates, and downtime • Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications • Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to identify issues and drive resolution • Implement configurations for Oracle SaaS Applications to support production and development changes • Migrate technical SaaS and PaaS objects such as OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs • Follow up on service requests in MOS to complete issue resolution • Complete Service Now tickets to support users within agreed SLA requirements

Required Experience/Skills

• 8+ years of overall ERP Administration experience • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP) • Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing, and Roll-out • Working experience with supporting OIC and VBCS • Understanding of integration patterns to support administrative integrations used in DevOps • Experience with Oracle RMC and securing Oracle SaaS Applications • Understanding of patching Oracle SaaS environments and Oracle release processes • Experience migrating configurations and importing/exporting backups into Oracle SaaS Applications • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a continuously evolving environment • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-Haves

• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure • Experience in agricultural or food production industry • Familiarity with supply chain management systems • Experience with enterprise application performance monitoring tools • Previous experience with multi-environment Oracle implementations

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
