Responsibilities:

• Project management experience must include expertise in oversight and guidance of the process of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential security risks within an organization by leading a project team to conduct a comprehensive security risk assessment, while also providing expert advice and consultation to stakeholders throughout the process.
• Experience with responsibilities that include but not limited to developing a structured plan for the security risk assessment, including scoping, data collection, analysis, reporting, and remediation strategies. Collaborating with different departments within the organization and vendors to gather information, understand critical assets, and ensure buy-in for the risk assessment process. Utilizing various methodologies to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and their impact on the organization security posture.
• Evaluating the likelihood and severity of identified risks to prioritize mitigation efforts.
• Recommending practical security controls and remediation plans to address identified risks.
• Preparing detailed reports outlining the findings of the risk assessment, including key risks, mitigation plans, and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensuring the security risk assessment aligns with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience coordinating or managing information technology projects and/ or the implementation of an MMIS system.
• 4+ years of experience in project management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
