Workfront Fusion
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate workflows and connect systems.
- Collaborate with Workfront administrators, business analysts, and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance and reliability.
- Maintain documentation of integration logic, use cases, and error handling.
- Stay current with Fusion capabilities, APIs, and platform updates.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion scenario development.
- 2 -3 years of hands-on Workfront experience (Admin)
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, including REST/SOAP, JSON, and webhooks.
- Experience integrating Workfront with third-party platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, CRMs, DAMs, or marketing automation tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation flows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Workfront platform structure and objects (projects, tasks, custom forms, etc.).
- Experience with error handling, data mapping, and conditional logic in Fusion.
- Background in scripting (JavaScript or similar) is a plus.
