Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Jersey. In this role, you will handle diverse customer interactions, ensuring resolutions are delivered efficiently and with a high level of professionalism. This is a long-term contract position that requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, providing timely and accurate information.

Process purchase orders and address discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve complaints and deliver creative solutions.

Manage billing functions, including data entry and reconciliation tasks.

Support sales processes and operations, including pricing and reservation handling.

Utilize EDI systems to facilitate electronic data interchange and streamline workflows.

Conduct research to address complex customer issues and provide actionable solutions.

Monitor inventory replenishment and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.

Handle customer correspondence professionally, ensuring satisfaction and clarity in all communications.

Assist with healthcare-related inquiries, surgery scheduling, and related customer support tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.

Proficiency in managing purchase orders, billing functions, and discrepancy resolution.

Strong skills in data entry and office operations.

Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP.

Ability to handle customer complaints and provide creative problem-solving solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in email and voice correspondence.

Knowledge of healthcare processes, including HealthCare.gov and surgery scheduling, is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
