Salesforce Enterprise Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Architect in Phoenix, AZ.

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with specialized knowledge and experience in Salesforce to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions aligned with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a cohesive enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization's objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the technological landscape of our organization and drive transformative change.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role (technical lead, principal engineer, etc.), with at least 7 years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions
* In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
* Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
* Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and version control systems
* Experience with third party managed packages, API integration principles
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
* Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
