DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Configuration and Asset Management Solution (CAMS) Migration SME to support migration in a secure enterprise environment. The candidate will be responsible for Migration, installation, configuration, integration, and administration of SAP CAMS, ensuring alignment with DoD cybersecurity and compliance standards.

This role requires strong expertise in integrating SAP CAMS with ECC, and PLM, as well as supporting migrations to SAP NS2, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government environments. The CAMS Specialist will also manage system security, performance optimization, and compliance with STIGs and ATO/IATT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Basis Migration Experience required
• Migration of SAP CAMS systems.
• Integrate CAMS with ECC and other SAP applications
• Support cloud migrations (SAP NS2, AWS GovCloud).
• Configure and maintain user roles, authorizations, and compliance settings in accordance with DoD STIGs.
• Monitor and optimize CAMS system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure system hardening and accreditation.
• Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-user support for CAMS-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, system runbooks, and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP NetWeaver ABAP and NW NetWeaver Java migration experience.
• Handling database export and import in various SAP products.
• 8+ years of experience with SAP CAMS administration and integration.
• Hands-on expertise in system migrations, upgrades, and cloud enablement.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, ECC, PLM integration with CAMS.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS, scripting, and performance monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of DoD cybersecurity compliance (STIGs, FedRAMP, DISA).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in high-security environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP NS2, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government migrations.
• Prior DoD project experience with active clearance (Secret/Top Secret/SCI).
• Certifications in SAP CAMS, SAP Basis, or cloud technologies.
• Exposure to Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) or Digital Twin initiatives.
