Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain on-prem and Azure cloud server environments.
- Assist in the migration of systems and services from on-prem to Azure.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Software Development, and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in planning and implementing technical architecture and tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Stay current with technologies relevant to cloud and hybrid environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or cloud environments.
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Server and cloud virtualization
- Public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
- Windows server and workstation OS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Bicep for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Familiarity with ITIL or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with:
- Enterprise-level system and hardware design
- Containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipelines
- The company's specific server, network, and cloud environments
Skills & Abilities
- Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to:
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Solve problems creatively
- Maintain confidentiality
- Train others on systems
- Lift up to 50 lbs if needed
