Senior Business Analyst with Credit Card experience -Wilmington, DE (Hybrid Onsite)-C2C- CH

Role: Senior Business Analyst Locations: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Nearby states only.

Key Accountabilities

• The Business Analyst/Solution Designer will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
• Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience as Business Analysist or Solution Desing role.

Requirement:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for credit decisioning strategies.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, strategy design document.
• Work closely with stakeholders (Credit Risk) to capture and validate decision rules and data attributes.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Create API specifications documentation (Open API specifications) and interface mapping document.
• Participate in data mapping and transformation activities for incoming and outgoing API payloads.
• Manage JIRA stories, epics and technical tasks associated with integration deliverables.
• Good understanding on credit card decisioning, consumer lending or banking domains.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
