Sr. Appian Certified Developer

We are looking for a Sr. Appian Certified Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be local to the Austin area.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Appian applications using SAIL and Process Models to meet complex business needs.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations with external systems through RESTful APIs and other integration methods.
• Optimize user interface performance and responsiveness to deliver a smooth, intuitive user experience.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and support continuous deployment.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and QA teams to validate requirements and ensure functional accuracy.
• Possess hands-on experience in developing applications using Appian or other leading low-code platforms.
• Hold (or actively pursuing) Appian Developer Certification, demonstrating a strong commitment to platform expertise.
• Apply Agile methodologies effectively to deliver iterative, high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Bring strong design, development, and analytical skills to architect efficient and scalable solutions.
• Excel in communication and collaboration, contributing effectively to cross-functional teams and project success.

You:

• Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Appian or low-code platform development.
• 1+ year of experience working within Agile methodology frameworks.
• 1+ year of demonstrated strength in design, development, and analytical problem-solving.
• 1+ year of proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in team environments.
• Experience in Appian or low-code platform development preferred.
• Appian Developer Certification, showcasing proficiency with the platform.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies in complex project environments.
• Advanced design, development, and analytical capabilities with a track record of delivering scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience contributing to cross-functional teams.
• Appian Senior Developer Certification is a strong plus.
