Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX Design, Figma, and proven experience leading design efforts within cross-functional teams. The designer will be responsible for driving a human-centered product vision, executing iterative design research, delivering detailed design solutions, and ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Human-Centered Product Vision
    • Define strategic design direction for the platform in line with business objectives and product strategies.
    • Lead the evolution of the platform to support advanced predictive analytics and user experience orchestration.
  • Design Execution in Agile Cadence
    • Plan and execute iterative design research (generative and evaluative) to inform product backlog and UX decisions.
    • Deliver detailed design solutions for user stories, including acceptance criteria and prioritization support.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead and maintain the POD design system and related design operations resources.
    • Drive continuous improvement in design processes and practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Developers, and other UX Designers across PODs.
    • Facilitate discussions to ensure design consistency, efficiency, and delivery-focused outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as the primary UX expert in sprint demos and stakeholder interactions.
    • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in UX Design, with proven expertise in Figma.
  • Minimum 5 years of design leadership experience, collaborating with diverse stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative UX design and problem-solving (include access details if required).
  • Ability to drive design strategy, innovation, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in Enterprise Product Design.
  • Background in Finance, Media, or Entertainment domains.
  • Experience with Data Visualization and Rapid Prototyping.
  • Exposure to software design and development processes.
