Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of Adobe Campaign Classic implementations. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in campaign development, scripting, database integration, and client communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage technical delivery, and mentor junior developers while ensuring scalable and maintainable marketing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership on Adobe Campaign Classic implementations for new and existing clients
• Work with clients to assess business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
• Configure campaign platforms, develop workflows, ETL, and data flows based on complex database architectures
• Develop and customize web forms, landing pages, and email templates using JavaScript and related web technologies
• Lead solution design, technical documentation, and ensure platform scalability and reliability
• Execute product installations, upgrades, and platform optimizations
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Onshore Consulting, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building reusable components and best practices
• Manage smaller-scale projects independently and track delivery milestones in collaboration with project managers
• Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud offerings and enable multi-product integrations when needed

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (v7/v8)
• Strong command of SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Programming experience in JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, and/or PHP
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM event handling
• Ability to architect scalable campaign solutions, including data model design and API integration
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills with the ability to handle client-facing scenarios
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings
• Experience managing and mentoring technical team members is a strong plus
• Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products integration (e.g., Adobe Analytics, AEP)
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks for real-time campaigns
• Exposure to A/B testing and personalization strategies in digital campaigns
• Background in marketing automation, CRM, or loyalty systems
